Project management for game studios — an Indie Outpost lecture (in German)
A German-language Indie Outpost lecture on how small studios can run projects without collapsing under their own ambition — timelines, scope, and the very human parts of shipping a game.

Indie Outpost's lecture series is aimed at small teams making their first serious game — the studios that need honest project-management advice more than anyone, and usually have the least access to it.
I walked through the parts of production that quietly decide whether a game ships: how to shape a realistic timeline, how to scope without lying to yourself, how to spot the moments where a project is about to slip, and how to hold a small team through the parts of development that hurt. It's an older recording, but the pattern has held up.
