The Geek Recipe is Slitherine's slightly unhinged, entirely charming interview format where a games-industry guest cooks something from home while the conversation wanders wherever it wants to go. I brought cannelloni.
Over the course of an evening we ended up covering most of the things I usually get asked separately: what community management actually looks like inside CD PROJEKT RED, how a room the size of Cyberpunk 2077's holds together, the parts of the job that don't scale, and the small habits that keep the work sustainable.
It is the least stage-y version of any of this I have on tape — closer to how these conversations really sound when there's a pan on the stove.
